Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PourPOS ("the Service"), provided by PourPOS, Australia. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts & eligibility

PourPOS accounts belong to businesses (tenants). Staff accounts are provisioned by the tenant's admins or via an authorised company email domain.
You must be of legal working age in your jurisdiction and be acting for a business that promotes legal-age beverage products.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Credits & payments

Sessions are consumed via prepaid credits. Credits never expire.
Purchased via Apple In-App Purchase (iOS app) or a saved card via Stripe (web).
Consumed credits are non-refundable once a session has started, except where required by law. Apple refunds processed via App Store will reverse the corresponding credits.
Auto top-up, when enabled, charges your saved payment method when the balance falls below your threshold.

3. Responsible use

Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe security controls, or disrupt the service.
Do not use PourPOS to promote alcohol to minors or in jurisdictions where such promotion is unlawful.
You are responsible for obtaining any licenses and complying with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) obligations in the venues where you operate.

4. Data

Session and sales records form your business's audit trail. See the Privacy Policy and Data Collection Policy. You may export your data (CSV) at any time as an admin.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is designed to keep working offline and sync when connectivity returns. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

6. Intellectual property

PourPOS retains all rights in the service. You retain all rights in your business data.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PourPOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in-app.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten platform security.
Tenant deletion removes all associated company data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
